Getting 150 guests from three downtown Healdsburg hotels to a hilltop venue, through cocktail hour, dinner, send-off, and back to the hotels safely — and on a schedule that doesn't bottleneck the ceremony — requires a transportation partner who has done it dozens of times.

The late-night safety shuttle is non-negotiable
Sonoma County is serious about DUI enforcement. The single best transportation decision a couple can make is to put a late-night safety shuttle on the timeline — continuous loops from one hour before send-off until 30 minutes after the last guest leaves. The cost is small compared to the alternative. We will not quote a wedding without one in writing somewhere on the timeline.
Pricing and what to ask for
Most Healdsburg weddings run two vehicles for 5–7 hours each. A typical package — one 27-passenger executive shuttle plus a 40-passenger coach for 6 hours — runs $3,400–$4,800 base before gratuity. We'll size your specific package after a 15-minute call with you or your planner.

Do you have a wedding minimum?
Most peak-season Saturday weddings have a 5- or 6-hour minimum per vehicle. Sundays and weekdays are more flexible.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our venue?
Yes — we issue COIs for any venue on request. Most premier Healdsburg venues require one.
Do you coordinate with our wedding planner?
Yes. After booking we work directly with your planner on timeline, staging, and on-site contact protocols.
